What is a a PRE ORDER + how long does it take to arrive? 

A PRE ORDER is when an item is currently out of stock but can still be ordered in with a delivery time of around 14 working days (sometimes it may be quicker or longer than this).

Do we accept returns?

We offer an EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY.  Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from when your order arrives. Once this time has passed we will be unable to offer you an exchange on this item. Please make sure the item you are sending back for an exchange is in the original packaging and in the same condition you recieved it in. If there is any sign of wear an exchange will not be eligible. Return postage is paid by the customer. Tracking for the parcel is recommend.

How long does an item take to arrive that is in stock?

If an item is in stock and was ordered before 3pm on a working day it will be dispatched on the same day. However, if it is ordered after this time period then it will be dispatched the following working day. Orders after 3pm on Friday will mean dispatch is on Monday. What is our size guide?

A size guide to our items will be stated underneath each specific product on our website. Each item varies in size depending on the specific product. Please check this prior to ordering.

Do we offer a collection service?

Yes. If you would like to collect an item please contact us via email and we will arrange this. We are based in Liverpool, L18.

Do we offer a drop off service?

Yes, if you are local to us we will drop off(this is still a paid service). Please email us if you would like to use this service. This service usually leads to a faster delivery time.

How long do we take to respond to emails?

Our emails are monitored Monday - Friday (9am-5pm). We aim to respond within 24 hours.
