Shipping & Returns


UK 1st Class Delivery (1-2 Working Days) is £4.95. This is designed to get your parcel to you quicker. If you order on a Thursday, it does not guarantee Saturday delivery.

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) is £3.95. This is our standard service and is also known as 2nd Class delivery.

UK Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery is £8. Please note, this can only be applied on orders placed between Monday - Thursday (3pm latest).

UK Saturday Delivery is £11 for Delivery on Saturdays. This service should be used on a Friday when you need the item delivered on a Saturday. Orders must be made before 3pm on the Friday afternoon to ensure this is posted.

Orders placed before 3pm will be packaged and sent on the same day. However, if you place your order after 3pm, this will be sent out the following working day (this is due to post office opening hours). We will still be at your service post 3pm. Friday orders need to be placed before 3pm as if they are placed after this time, they will be sent on the Monday after the weekend.

If you are not at home during the day, do not be alarmed. A 'calling card' will be left to let you know that they have attempted delivery and the following steps will be issued on the card to let you know the rescheduled delivery date. 


EU and Rest of the World Delivery

Delivery outside of the UK is at a flat rate of £11. Delivery to EU countries usually takes around 5 working days. To the rest of the world, it can take around 10 working days to arrive to its destination. 

As with UK deliveries - order placed before 3pm will mean same day dispatch. Orders after 3pm will result in the order being dispatched the following day. If ordered after 3pm on Friday, the order will be sent on the Monday.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept full responsibility if the item you receive is of poor quality when the package is opened. However, we do a full quality check before every item is sent so any damage caused upon receiving the item will only ever happen in transit. 

If the item you have ordered is not appropriate in terms sizing and colour, then you can return the item in exchange for another size, colour or dress. The difference in the costs of the dress will then be made via bank transfer. To complete this process, you can contact us via email to start the exchange process. 

We have a strict 7 day exchange policy which gives you, as the consumer, to email us within this period of receiving the dress to validate your exchange. If, for any reason, you email after this time period, we cannot accept an exchange.
