Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously and conduct a full inspection before dispatching every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon opening, we accept full responsibility. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Sizing, Colour & Style Exchanges

If your item isn’t the right size, colour, or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange* for a different size, colour, or product. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Window

We have a strict 14-day return policy:

• Returns requested within 7 days of receiving your order are eligible for a full refund.

• Returns requested between 7 and 14 days from the delivery date are eligible for a credit note only.

• Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items returned without the original polybag will incur a £2 deduction from your refund or credit note.

• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked Royal Mail service, and keeping your tracking number until your return is confirmed as received.

Missing Orders

Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 days of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims made after this period.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below to understand our shipping options, delivery times, and charges.

UK Shipping (Excludes Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)

Order Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 2PM (UK time) are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

• Delivery updates and tracking details will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout.

International Shipping (DHL & Royal Mail)

Tracking & Delivery

• All international orders are shipped via DHL.

• Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via SMS or email, allowing you to track and manage your delivery in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

European Union (EU)

• Orders under €150: Customs and import duties are covered by us.

• Orders over €150: VAT and duties are the customer’s responsibility, and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

Rest of World

• Customs and taxes are paid by the customer. Charges vary by destination and are determined by your local customs authority.

USA Customers

• Customs charges are currently higher, ranging from 30–40% of the order value, plus administration fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.

Unpaid Duties & Returned Parcels

If customs fees or import duties are not paid by the customer and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees incurred during the return process.
