Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously and conduct a full inspection before dispatching every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon opening, we accept full responsibility. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Sizing, Colour & Style Exchanges
If your item isn’t the right size, colour, or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange* for a different size, colour, or product. To initiate an exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested within 7 days of receiving your order are eligible for a full refund.

Returns requested between 7 and 14 days from the delivery date are eligible for a credit note only.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items returned without the original polybag will incur a £2 deduction from your refund or credit note.

Missing Orders
Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 days of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims made after this period.

European Union (EU)
We ship all EU orders using our Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) registration together with DHL Express.
Where applicable, import VAT and customs charges are handled before delivery, meaning customers should not be required to pay additional charges upon receipt of their order.
Any applicable import costs are incorporated into our pricing and shipping process to provide a smooth delivery experience.
Should customs authorities require any additional information to clear your shipment, DHL may contact you directly to assist with customs clearance.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Rest of World
Orders shipped outside the UK and European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order
All international orders are shipped using DHL Express.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment and manage your delivery directly with DHL.
Unpaid Customs Charges
Where customs charges are payable by the customer and remain unpaid, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, any refund issued will be less:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs
- Customs charges incurred
- Any carrier administration or handling fees
Delayed Dispatch Items
If your order contains an item displaying a future dispatch date or “Dispatch Week Commencing” notice, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you require available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
